In theory, it’s cool. You deactivate the fans and dunk the entire machine in nonconductive oil that cycles. In practice, it’s great if you never have to touch that machine ever again for any reason. But that’s not how it works. Need a repair? Sucks for you. Board overheating? Yeah it’s probably had the thermal paste eaten away by the oil.
