How do I stop the https://iris.to/ constantly scrolling? I can't read because the words keep shifting.

Thank you, yes that helps. Though there is still a bit of jitter with posts popping up for a few seconds after turning off real time. Perhaps that's because of my connection or device being slow. If I leave it time to "settle down" it becomes more usable.
