"The groups want you to believe lies."

Not always, you should change of group if you are uncomfortable with them and think they want you to believe lies.

I would change your sentence by : "The groups" => "Some groups".

"I believe none of it." => it means you don't believe in your family, friends ? They are groups too (it begin at 2 peoples).

You are true to keep your free will. But you are wrong to consider all groups as liars and interested in lies.
