They made steak gay. Not on my watch.
They fatten them up with tons of grains. I’d bet the fat profile is very high in linoleic PUFA relative to grass fed grass finished, which should be ~1-2% PUFA and not much of that is even linoleic. Cool as a tasting treat for a party, but not meant for everyday consumption or even full meal.
I’d rather hot dogs wrapped in bacon as a tasting treat.
Jap's are the best. Travel tip : make friends with any Japanese people you meet who are also travelling. They know how to fun.
