There is no one rule of law in a totalitarian system. Its all made up as they go along. Its like trying to protect a lie with another one. Law enforcement and the courts engage in a never ending stream of arbitrary actions until it all falls apart. We saw this in the former Soviet system. Hang in there, beware, this to will pass.
