We're still learning how to navigate the internet under the assumption that we are constantly monitored by a wide range of prying eyes that will inevitably become compromised.
If you want to practice good opsec, you need to basically have multiple personality disorder. Lol
Fortunately, you can mimic mental disorders.
It doesn't hurt to practice fooling algorithms, bots, etc. Or doing a type of heuristics with no rhyme/reason behind the thought process.
You're just taking thoughts and abstracting them using offbeat markers to help jog your memory.
This may look skitzo to the untrained eye, but that's kind of the point.
You take a variable like cushion and assign the value 'laundering' then every time you make a joke about JD vance fucking a couch cousin, you're really making a reference to insider trading, laundering and corruption within the government. It's basically like insane euphemisms serving as a basis for obfuscation.
You just need to really commit to the bit. Pretend you're doing one thing while doing/thinking something totally different.

Note: I've tried to suggest people think like a quantum computer... but that may lead to a real psychotic break.
