I think having an AI food photo and Non Ai food photo challenge could stimulate the creativity between AI creators and bakers and chefs , or at least the ones who photo the food they make, even amature pantry chefs like me would find it inspiring . I’ve seen some great AI work but I’m not a few have made my mouth water where I could actually imagine the flavor.

Thanks for your feedback. I like the idea of AI and real photos side by side. Agree that AI food photos are clearly fakes and does not trigger our brains the same way real photo does.
It could possibly creat some synergy though, I love painting and drawing too but i was always blown away at how some artist could create photorealism , it literally was discouraging sometimes because I would often desire to create something that looked as real ,, it took me a while to understand that it was more about how it made
Me feel than werher or not it looked real.
