There was a study done on mice that feed them a high omega 6 oil diet. The control group was a regular mix of omega 3 and 6. Both groups had equal calories in there diet. The high omega 6 group got obese and diabetic fast. The control group was normal weight. Part of the problem is most foods in the SAD diet are full of ingredients that used to be industrial grade lubricants.
Our bodies don’t know how to process them and thus we become obese. Obesity is not due to being lazy, it is our bodies reaction to being poisoned!
