"The network is robust in its unstructured simplicity", "messages are broadcast on a best effort basis".

- The #whitepaper.

This is only about what information the #₿ network requires, but how exactly do we transmit this information?

How do we make the communication layer as robust in its unstructured simplicity as the #₿itcoin network?

#Radio signal communication seems fit for this purpose, but how do we invent a system to find the peers within this system, or other data?

What might help get to the answer is imagining a situation in which you can only hear other peers talking via morse code. You can't see them, feel them, or smell them, only hear them tapping. How can we exchange information with a distant peer trough unstructured audio morse co(de)mmunication?
