🎯 Considerations:

⚡️ Basic requirements of any development or solution for #bitcoin against confiscation, censors and/or manipulators in issuing coins:

1. Open Source - Transparency and Audit.

2. Privacy - Protection of your data (TOR Enabled) or No KYC.

3. Self-Custody - Possession of your private keys.

❌ If you don't meet any of these requirements. GET OUT!

✅ Important detail: Storage devices (hardwallets - cold wallets, HotWallets - hot wallets for smartphones, ColdWallet - pendrive or PaperWallet) are to facilitate the handling of bitcoin transfers.

Each one has, has its purpose of use according to its purpose. However, none of them is needed in an emergency (Leaving City/Country with nothing). Just have the private key decorated (Backup) and then restore it on one of the devices mentioned above. Therefore, the importance of which one really preserves your privacy and possession of your keys.

Ex. You can use Wallet Electron (On Chain and LN) or Samourai (On Chain) (https://t.me/TutorialBTC/532) and StackWallet (https://t.me/TutorialBTC/7615) for other cryptos. (All are Open Source). And use another smartphone with internet, just to view the balance. Detail: Smartefone Offline makes it very easy when signing the transaction (Authorize withdrawal). Excellent security measure against burglary/theft.

In addition, care for the security and possession of your private keys. Research the correct way and practice.

you do not have to subscribe to this service. if you don't subscribe actively, nothing will change. you can even restore your ledger on any software or other hardware wallet because it is self custody.

coldcard is from canada. everything or almost everything there is a fraud. i would never trust a 'product' coming from this hellhole. the police there rcmp works for nazi klaus, the khazarian mafia. they will never help you if you become a victim of fraud. search for fraud in canada. you will find millions of unresolved cases. it is a national sport and goes unpunished because police will do nothing and rcmp which is the police in many places is more corrupt than the mexican narcos.

blockstream jade is from the usa. every bitcorn company is compromised by cia. for this reason i would not trust an usa bitcorn company.

My recommendation is to make your own opensource coldwallet/hardwallet.

For those who don't have time or need something safer for high values, see the requirements below:

As for the cited brands, you have sources that may or may not be true. However, meeting these minimum requirements is already the good way forward.

I remember again. You are the one who should make your own Coldwallet with the proper security measures in place. Therefore, look for tutorials on the correct way to do it and ensure ownership of your keys.

i agree.

the only 100% safe and secure way is to make your own hardware wallet and use a code which you can understand and doublecheck if it will send your coins to the address you provide or to the cia. how come they own so many coins?
