Or use levenshtein distance to detect similar names to people who are in your WoT, if similar name but not in WoT then make it a warning color or group them together and hide them behind a "possibly spam" accordion.

Yeah, the first version used there was just RGB (6 characters), but it ended up being 4 characters short for the pubkey length.
