2024 is likely to be a pivotal year for #bitcoin . On the one hand there are purists who want to see Bitcoin thrive as money, and possibly as a global reserve currency outside the control of the powers-that-be.

On the other hand as bitcoin begins to encroach on the dollar’s territory the powers-that-be (who are beginning to understand bitcoin cannot be stopped) want to get it under their control.

Bitcoin was always going to either fade into obscurity or eat the world. As it begins to eat the world we’ll find out what happens when an immovable object meets an unstoppable force.
