Well if you did know what he knew & didn’t do what he did I think i would have to question your ability to capitalize & the quality of your greed.

Impressive burn.

It’s why I use cast iron & open flame. Gets the heat just right.

But one can never go wrong with a quality stainless pan either. Just remember to heat it up enough to get to non stick status.

Bacon grease too!
