Yeah, my whole thing with politics, specifically party politics and stuff, is that I mostly just avoid it. I like when the government does things that makes it smaller, I like small wins. We both would probably like it if the state would just go away or leave us alone, to never have to even think about it, but the fact is we all live under one. So I don't care who does what, if it makes them smaller, weaker, using less money, gets them out of my way, I take it. Beyond that I try not to occupy my mind with all that stuff.

But I did tell you, I believe that guy only promises shit if he intends to do everything he can to deliver, as to whether we like what he promises or whether we think there should be a guy with that kind of power that we have to trust to do that, that's another story. I think we will probably see some negotiations on that front at least, and if an agreement can be come to and is announced, usually that means all the power brokers in the legislature have been bribed or blackmailed or whatever they do to make things happen and that they're on board. I wouldn't be surprised if its less than half, or if there's some silly loophole for some shit, or if they start the "Russia/China isn't honoring" rhetoric and start violating it after the next election and all that, it won't last forever that's for sure. But I'm hopeful it happens. I wouldn't bet 5 XMR on it lolol

Are you sure?? 🤣

Yeah that basically how I feel about all of it too.

I started to feel like it was my responsibility to pay attention sometime during Obama but now I'm back to dgaf "just leave me alone" politics.

Sifting through information and deciding where to place trust is just too time consuming.
