I’d much rather states passing bills to remove capital gains taxes on Bitcoin than to implement a strategic reserve.
I would actually take my entire income in Bitcoin if this happens

Many would! It’d be amazing if there were at least a handful of states offering that option.
I think that will happen when states start running out of ways to buy Bitcoin. They’ll need new strategies to get Bitcoiners to come to their state
