No, I think discrimination is perfectly fine. There's so much rhetoric in certain circles that discrimination is essentially antihuman, though I suspect these people have a lack of introspection in their life. Hesitate to use the term, but NPCs who follow a trend to fit in.
The problem there is Humanism. They need to love everyone because they love nobody in particular.
