Gender is fluid and decided by the individual, you are talking about changes of physical sexal organs from birth. My only friend already mentioned it's a “disease”. Should it be treated as such and the state/ insurance should assist in payment for the medical procedures to fix it like cancer?

The state should have nothing to do with Pedos other than arresting them when they commit crimes against children which the vast majority of them do.
