Support for the gossip/outbox model? Yes, I believe I was the second client (after Gossip) to implement it. I recently re-wrote relay selection and added it to my paravel library, so other clients can use it if they want: https://github.com/coracle-social/paravel/blob/master/src/util/Router.ts
