Reminds me of me. I was diagnosed in my 30s with ADHD and things started to make sense.
I probably have it, yet to get myself diagnosed. What adaptions and measures have you done? 💜
I fondly refer to it as hyperfocus disorder. Behavior management helped me some. Wish a timer worked for me.
I just try to find the part I’m perseverating on rather than doing… then actually look at that portion. Like with my eyeballs (👀). Once it’s in my visual cortex 🧠my focus tends to follow.
