We have bred dogs into useless ugly creatures who can’t breath
They are also the only breed I consider to be a credible threat in a confrontation, much like confronting a cornered wild animal, they don’t back down with attempts at intimidation in my experience.
I've only ever had to stop one, from attacking a friend's husky. It took the combined effort of 3 200lb men, using our fists like clubs on its head and ribcage, while me and the huskies owner pulled on the pitties back legs like a wishbone. Fuck pitbulls.
Had to take three on while delivering heavy equipment on private property. I took an ax handle with me, nearly couldn’t hold them off long enough to back away. I had no choice but to create some vet bills for the owner with that handle. I love dogs, but value my life and they wouldn’t back down.
If your dog is so untrained as to attack a person, whatever happens to that dog is on the trainer, not the person that was being attacked. I have a badly trained pittie in my neighborhood. My pocket knife is always with me on dog walks.
