1 ish week #linux update:

still no major screen tearing or stuttering on my nvidia + hyprland arch install. I'm only noticing slight stuttering on old games like left 4 dead 2 and arma 2 also with RPCS3 games (mostly dark souls 2) CS2 only stutters after prolonged gaming.

so far it's been a much better experience than what I was expecting with nvidia + wayland.
