Nostr doctors - what's happening to my finger? And what should I do? It used to be a good finger. Is it gout? Or just warts?

Not a doctor, but I’ve dealt with warts in the past and that ain’t one.

Would recommend submitting a pic to AI, or going to a dermatologist

I get that, but it’s a good corroboration tool or a third opinion at least
