if i want to reset i can just highlight the text and click backspace or delete.
i just lost a post because instead of "post" i accidentally clicked reset.
i never once have actually used the "reset" button for its intended purpose and didn't even know it was there.
twitter doesn't have those buttons. nobody needs those buttons. please remove them.
if you don't want to remove those useless buttons at least add a pop up box that warns you are about to lose the post you composed.
but really just remove them. they serve literally no function except making me accidentally lose posts.
It was kind of useless, in the current stable version I had something saving the draft so that it would be there when you opened to post modal again. the reset button was for clearing the cache
I removed it on the next version though since it was useless 😀

the reason i went back to stable is i don't like the color outlines around avatars.
as i explained earlier your avatar is your face. imagine if somebody made you wear an orange traffic cone on your head or a yellow one depending on how many vaccine boosters you had or whatever
instead of remembering your face people would just remember a giant orange cone.
i don't know what info you're trying to convey with that color but there are other places the color could be used. the color of the name. an underline below the name. ANYTHING BUT OUTLINE AROUND THE AVATAR.
the avatar is ART. you don't fucking put a neon outline around Mona Lisa. THAT INTERFERES WITH CREATOR'S INTENT.
i also think avatars should be larger. you don't talk to people through a keyhole - you make eye contact with them. you want to see who you're talking to.
