Good morning Nostriches!

The pooch and i did a new trail this morning. Its just under a 5k, but its a slow and technical trail. Boulders, rocks and steep inclines.

I can tell the pooch loved it and she was quite graceful navigating the path. It was nice watching her figure out the path. She led the way most if the time.

The heart rate was up there and we worked up quite a bit of sweat even though we were not running.

Path was definiteky an ankle twister though.

Make it a kick @ss day.
