I really grew up thinking the US had never lost a war. When I learned what happened after Vietnam in 1971 I was shook. Been down hill freedom wise since then, but I'm bullish on nation-states losing power ever since Satoshi blessed us up in 2009. It won't be tomorrow, or the next day but I hold the hope that by the time I die the nation-state will be much smaller, weaker, and actually striving to provide its people value😀
