Eating once in a day at the same time ~3 pm, meat, rice, eggs. Stop drinking alcohol, started drinking more water, running 3 times in a week.

And no sugar 🫡 killed two bad habits with one shot. Coffee is next

What shoed do you like? I do barefoot shoes when I wear shoes, but we arent built to run on concrete...

I've been looking at this guy. Kind of like a zero-drop barefoot sneaker with some cushion to allow for running on the road/concrete.
