I could do a screencap of how the input and output of such apps are functioning at the moment with "acceleration on" and this browser right here is only behaving itself because I disabled acceleration. It's obviously still accelerated, but whatever the "acceleration" setting is, on my current Pop OS 22 installation it seems like the input system is clocked at like 10Hz and has a latency of about 3 seconds, maybe 5.

I just can't be fucked, honestly. The only thing that a browser has in its favour is a nice rich text edit widget. The rest is so complicated it's insane.

I'm not having any substantial problems with Intellij, my main work app, and zero problems with any GTK or QT apps, just everything based on Electron right now, with acceleration on, is unusable.

And like my android devices, I already hated it, so it becoming unusable to me right now is just helping me focus on my little part of ending its monopoly on my pixels.
