Indirectly related. Have you found the work of Dr. Jack kruse yet?

About 6-9 months ago he flipped my whole life on it’s head and trumped my previous 4-5 years of HubermanLab education 😂

Now I have to explain my never-sunscreen, never-sunglasses, blue-light-aversion, etc. lifestyle to the innocent “koolaid drinkers” that are everywhere lol

I just wish Jack was better with delivery to the layman. Not that he owes us anything.

Haha same, I think I’ve listened to every podcast he’s ever appeared on, lol. Im hoping the bitcoin community can push his ideas, looks like that’s already happening to a degree. He’s definitely not the best communicator, but no doubt authentic.
