The state of video games today are very bad, ngl, but hating on video games is like hating on movies or music or any other form of artistic expression.

The right content , at the right time, grows your mind.

I'm glad to have grown up with video games.

It enhances the living experience, it's also amazing when shared with friends.

Yep. Some of the best memories I have are those of moments shared with friends while playing games.

yeah, there is a bunch of games i can cite that expanded my mind... the original Dune game, a number of text based adventures i played in highschool, Half Life 2, Stalker series, The Long Dark, Dying Light, the Tomb Raider reboot (those were especially illuminating).

i didn't really play much games between 1994 and 2005, HL2 was the thing that got me into it again.
