Good point! It may be that there are no clear cut lines either. Both sides have taken prisoners and most likely have had moments where perhaps some prisoners released may have been messengers for specific negotiations. In the smaller theater between Wagner and Ukrainian forces, who knows if Prighozin has had a change of heart? OR, Prighozin is a zealot that thinks he can replace Putin? Ya know, delusions of grandeur??? I also tend to believe US/NATO intelligence gathering methods are not solely relying on media and ground maneuvers. I’m leaning towards legitimacy.
