I got deep into that rabbit hole for a while too, at least in the learning phase, I wasn't able to put together the capital for a property before COVID happened. And seeing the response to it was a major red pill or maybe even black pill for me to government interference in things. The way that they decided at the drop of a hat that people just didn't have to pay rent anymore made me not want to get into that space moving forward.
