Can we start making it standard to have a "Click to expand" button on notes longer than say 400px?

If there are any react clients out there, I'd be happy to make a PR.

Snort and Amethyst do this. Damus might too? But yes. We need it.

My notes on Damus load in full, so I don’t think so? Unless there is an option I missed

#Damus -> settings -> appearance -> truncate timeline & notification text
