Not for me. Maybe you have too much relays?
That’s possible. I believe I’ve only added suggested relays and a few paid. How would a user know if one is causing trouble?

I feel like the less relays you are connected to, the smoother your user experience :)
As I see, you are connected to 22 relays. That is overkill.
