I’ve noticed a slowly growing trend among urban folks, and those not initiated with producing your own food from plants and animals, hesitancy to accept the safety of food produced at home. As a person who had seen the workings of commercial meat production, I can tell you that unless the small producer ignores the fundamentals of food handling in an egregious way, then serves the food to you undercooked, there is no justification to be paranoid about the safety of the product.
