Should we be using hastags for stuff?

They serve a purpose until we develop advanced searching and algos.
I have had people tell me they are useful for helping them find my content and specific topics therein, so I use them. One day Nostr search will improve, but until then, I see them as useful when done tastefully.

I'm on this train Also. I try to use select hashtags when I feel it's relevant or beneficial.
I have also noticed that my posts with hashtags tend to get more replies, but this could just be because the subject matter is more interesting 🤷🏻♂️ correlation ≠ causation.
