I respect your opinion and agree anything is possible. It's impossible to know what would have happened.
As you are probably well aware, but I'll take the opportunity to share more for anyone else seeing this, objectively we still don't know who assassinated him and information on the topic is withheld from the public for "national security".
Many of Kennedy's policies were altered. He famously said he wanted to dissolve central agencies specifically the cia after operation northwood and the federal reserve. He also said America should not police the world.
Hundreds of thousands of troops were sent to vietnam after his death. And we have been involved in war and covert military operations around the world consistently.
The assassination and continued cover up has had an impact on the united states. The depths of which are unknown in part due to the information being kept from the public.
