It's just the sort of content that isn't going to have much appeal to anyone who's discovered other pornography, so I have to imagine it's mostly young boys who are just starting to experience sexual feelings who fall for it. Also the fact that many of them relied on platforms like twitch and whatnot is pretty telling.
