the great thing is that from a legal standpoint, nobody has a duty of care to do more than they legitimately actually can do about such mischief, and everyone in the dev community responds fast to outbreaks of bullshit, and many clients already have numerous countermeasures against the more common kinds of abuse

i made one post on reddit a few years back, and got piled in on by a bunch of "ackchually" trolls and discovered that i was not able to mute these dickwads and that was the first and last time i used it

nostr has a mute function, snowflakes are too weak and pale to be able to exercise any kind of self defense
