I have been starting up slowly to adding #calisthenics into my life. Decided to follow r/bodyweightfitness Recommended Routine and am currently starting slowly but surely with the BWF Primer from https://nick-e.com/exercise-library/routines/reddit-bwf-primer/ (Throw him some traffic, it's a really good resource). Day 2 and my inclined push-ups are weak but seems to be in good form. Man I am weak today, but hopefully not for long. Let's go!
