I have family that works for a state gubment.

This is EXACTLY how it is.

Sure, different levels/sections of certain agencies aren't going to be that bad, but... Overall, this is the norm.

- She remembered she’s a Queen

Big boys club will rage

When they must bow to, Her Grace

I will, by no means, denigrate your accomplishments. I do know how hard it is to succeed, abs doubly so if you're a woman. You have my deepest respect for that.
