The only issue I see is that people have to trust that link is safe which translates to less engagement.

Would be cool if clients had this built-in and cross-compatible with other clients/tools like this one.

The lists could be stored on nostr as special type notes, then one (the owner/others with permissions from the owner) could share/modify this list directly from a client. The link would be an addition.
