https://satellite.earth/cdn is the cheapest personal file storage that exists (or at least it looks very cheap) and one that actually makes me want to go there and pay sometimes and not be in constant fear of having an infinite monthly bill.

Where can I see the pricing?
Storage space on the CDN is pre-paid at a flat rate of $0.05 USD per gigabyte per month. Data transfer (aka "bandwidth") is free and unlimited. You can use the up/down arrows to specify the amount of credit you'd like to add to your account.
