Because I can contribute and build on it instead of being a passive user. I also think I'm helping Bitcoin by creating apps that use Lightning and nostr.

I feel free here, reminds me of my early internet days and gives me hope for a better future. There are huge challenges ahead and I'm not happy with the state of many things but the protocol has insane potential.

Sure, could use some help. We used to have community calls but now is pretty anarchic. The issue tracker is at https://github.com/verbiricha/habla.news I suspect there are some that need clarification and others can be closed. If you want to take a look that'd be appreciated!
