The beer that I like best in Japan, among a vast selection of really good beers, would be the Rydeen beer by Hakkaisan.

Hakkaisan is famous for sake and their beer does not disappoint.

It’s all about the fermentation.

I also like Otaru Beer brewery, they are really good too.
