LIFEHACK:

I watch movies & tv (except if there's a soundtrack) at 1.7x.

I didn't just suddenly go up to that speed. I started at 1.1x and slowly over a span of a couple of years worked my way up to 1.7x. At this point I can't watch at regular speed or I die of boredom. #[1]
