ここらへんを見る限り、nostr-toolsはなんやかんやでブラウザでも動くようになっていそう（で、それを実証するテストがないので実装したよというPR）

noble-secp256k1 は Chrome Extension で動きました。あと、ちょっとうろ覚えですが esbuild で --format=esm するとよかったような気もします。
