Benefits I feel from fasting and you can too:

- Gratitude increases.

- Breaking the fasting is a great time to come back to healthy diet

(I haven't had suffer few days of fasting to come back to carbs straight away. I'd like to eat clean, nutritional food, breaking the fast slowly need to be done in a proper way).

- Becoming more aware and mindful about what I eat and how I eat.

- I can maintain control and control is crucial.

This is another topic I'd like to leave for a other time but in general we live in a world where adverts are everywhere and everything wants you to spend and consume.

And then you are wondering where are all the money are gone or you wish to have more money...

Control can start with food we are consuming.
