for the concept of the square launch “energizing employees,” it would be interesting to see some type of case study, whitepaper, etc. that dug into what inspired/motivated employees. was it feeling like they are building the future, being a part of something bigger than just a corporate role, making digital commerce better for the economy, etc.?

it would be cool to share with other tech and finance companies and help connect the dots on why shipping products that at least some employees were excited about made business sense for block. lots of these companies are wondering what they can do to improve motivation and productivity in current environment.
