Not to mention his crimes didn't happen on American Soil. Moreover, pardons don't cover crimes against humanity, nor do they exempt new evidence of federal crimes.
It also means they can't plead the 5th and MUST answer honestly any questions directed in the hearings (no self incrimination by doing so). So the punishment is coming.
