I’m a big lentil guy, make a homemade lentil soup from scratch pretty much once a week.
Find I sleep better when I have my meat/eggs midday and then a veggie soup or stew in the evening
My gf makes a lentil ragu that’s just out of this world good, especially with spaghetti 🍝
